Integrated Events Management System
The University is seeking to purchase hosted or self hosted System that provides a web based management tool featuring: customer relationship management; web and on-site registration, internet based technology; real time information; complete contract administration; simplified and complete booking function; comprehensive event management; integrated accounting module; and standard and customizable reporting in order to meet the needs of clients utilizing the facilities at Montana State University. The System must be modularized so that features and functionality may be added on an as needed, if needed basis. The specific requirements are set forth below
