Integrated Document Management System
This Request for Proposal (RFP) solicits proposals from qualified vendors to provide, install, and
support an in-house document management system and related products and services.
This RFP contains information and instructions that will enable qualified vendors to prepare and
submit proposals and supporting materials.
The organization is requesting proposals from interested document management vendors. The organization needs a
complete in-house document management system that provides a detailed description and pricing of
a comprehensive automated in-house system for image capture, storage, management, retrieval,
and archiving. The in-house system must provide a minimum of 10 concurrent user’s license. It is
the intention of FTAAAD to purchase from a single source provider in order to maximize the
integration of all hardware and software components. The vendor must be responsible for all
aspects of the imaging system’s performance.
The in-house system will be considered complete once the imaging system is installed and
documents have been scanned, stored, retrieved, annotated, faxed, and printed. System
administrator training and scanning/end-user training will be completed once the system is deemed
fully operational
