Integrated Corporations Document Management & Electronic Filing System
The Division is seeking a web-based Off The Shelf ("COTS") integrated business registration and records management system solution ("Solution") from qualified Vendor Solution Providers ("Bidder") that will meet the requirements outlined in this Request For Proposal ("RFP"). The Solution could be a licensed software application that is installed at the Division's data center or a hosted service (i.e., Software as a Service).
