The State is soliciting competitive sealed, fixed-price proposals (Proposals) for a web-based enterprise-capable Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) integrated electronic filing, case management, and document management system (the Work) from qualified offerors. This solution could be either an installed solution in the State’s Enterprise Data Center or Software as a Service (SAAS) or a cloud-based solution.
