The Housing Authority of the City of Lakeland (LHA) acting for itself and for its various instrumentalities and for its affiliate, the Lakeland-Polk Housing Corporation (LPHC), is requesting proposals from vendors to provide software to assist LHA/LPHC in the management of its finances and its operations both currently and in the future. Software services will address:

If the current software (Yardi Voyager) is replaced, LHA/LPHC will also require: full data transfer from the current software to the replacement software, implementation planning, implementation training, and on-going support of the software.
