The Authority is a public housing agency that is seeking an Integrated Accounting and Property Management Software system to replace its current system.
The Authority manages: public housing properties; tax credit properties; public housing/tax credit properties (mixed finance); Section 8 Project based/tax credit properties; and private sector non-subsidized properties. In its response to this RFP, the proposer must address how its system accommodates all of these different types of properties.
LHA desires to integrate all property management and financial functions into the new management information system. Some of the requested capabilities are:
Given the number of funds and cost centers that are used by LHA not only Public Housing, Tax Credits and HCV but also for the large number of grants administered by LHA, the current system is not meeting expectations.
LHA is managing tax credit properties and requires compatible software to be successful.
Interfaced modules are a critical need of LHA.
The system must allow for the import/export of payroll processed by Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP).
