The city is looking for a two year term to insure the buildings. "The insurance for the City of Dearborn Housing Department is to be issued on a Comprehensive Boiler
and Machinery Insurance Policy Form or a comparable form providing the broadest coverage available on
all Boilers, Heating, Cooling, Ventilation, and Elevator equipment. A per accident limit of $2,000,000 is
requested. The preferred policy term shall be two (2) years. The City will consider one (1) year policy
