The State of New Hampshire, Insurance Department, (State) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit offers from Consortium Vendors qualified to provide Producer/Agency Licensing, Application Processing, Company Licensing, Continuing Education, Customer Services, Revenue Management, Document Tracking and Enforcement web-based interactive systems.
This RFP solicits expressions of interest from all VENDORS who wish to be considered as a provider of information technology professional services consistent with all specifications set forth in this RFP, the State of New Hampshire Contract Terms and Conditions (Appendix G-4) and Appendix C: System Requirements.
The State encourages free and open competition among Vendors. Specifications, proposals, and conditions are designed to accomplish this objective, consistent with the business needs of State agencies.
