Insurance Market Conduct
The State invites you to submit a proposal for insurance examinations. The State is charged with examination of admitted insurance companies, health service corporations, health maintenance organizations, and other insurance entities. The State is seeking the services of an individual(s) and/or company (ies) that can provide these market conduct examiner services on an as-needed basis.
