Insurance Exchange Feasibility Assessment
In response to federal health care reform, the State must conduct research and data analysis to determine the impact of health care reform and potential policies of the insurance exchange for the individual and small employer markets. This includes economic, actuarial and financial modeling; survey and data collection of small employers and insurance carriers; an impact study of the Medicaid program; and an assessment of a multi-state exchange.
