This is a non-appropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Non-appropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services, and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs.
Insurance and Liability sales / vehicle registration service to authorized patrons at assigned space at Yujo Community Center, Bldg 327 at Yokota Air Base for Yokota Air Base, Japan.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Basic Period - 16 Sep 2014 (or the effective date if subsequent thereto) thru 15 Sep 2015 (or the effective date if subsequent thereto). This contract will be for a basic period of one (1) year from the effective date. Unless terminated sooner, the contract may be extended for additional one (1) year periods by mutual agreement of the parties in writing. In no event shall the contract (including all option periods) exceed five (5) years in duration.

Pre-Proposal Conference: Pre-Proposal Conference will be conducted at Yujo Community Center, Bldg 327, Yokota Air Base at 1000 hrs on 18 Jul 2014 Japan Standard Time(JST) for the purpose of answering questions regarding this solicitation.
