Insurance Broker Services
During the term of this Contract and in accordance with the terms hereof, the Contractor shall assist the Department in ensuring that the State maintains all-risk, replacement cost coverage for all Real Property and Business Personal Property. Lines of coverage include, but are not limited to, fire and extended coverage, earthquake, flood, property in transit, builders’ risk, fine arts, electronic data processing equipment and media, valuable papers, Employee honesty and faithful performance, and business interruption.
