TO PROVIDE INSURANCE BROKER SERVICES FOR LIFE AND LONG TERM DISABILITY PLANS
Six (6) sets (one original and five copies) of sealed proposals will be accepted until, Thursday, October 11, 2007, by the Spokane Transit Authority (STA), 1230 W. Boone Avenue, Spokane, Washington 99201, to provide STA with Insurance Broker Services for Life and Long Term Disability over a five-year period, effective November 1, 2007 through October 31, 2012.
