This is an initial Request for Proposals for the purpose of selecting several brokers who
will be asked to submit quotes from insurance carriers. Following the selection of the
brokers, a second Request for Proposals will be issued in September, 2010 for the

Workers Comp (for several people in one incident)
Excess Workers Comp(for self insurance)
Commercial package liability for several small park districts
