The Board is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide a statutory insurance audit to meet the requirements of the Illinois State Insurance Department. The contract will be for the period March 15, 2010 through March 14, 2013, or upon execution, if later, with the option to renew for two additional twelve-month periods at the same terms and conditions based on satisfactory performance, continuing need and availability of funds.
