Insulation Installation
This bid calls for the installation of new insulation in the Town Hall Building. There are 3 different applications involved in this project. The first being the application of BASF Closed cell insulation (R 20) and BASF ELA1500IB Elastocoat Ignition Barrier (or equal) in the floor of the gymnasium. The second is the installation of blown in cellulose (R 15) in the gymnasium walls, the selectmens office and the upstairs exterior walls. The third is the installation of unfaced batts (R 19) in the ceiling of the gymnasium and the attic over the offices. The contractor will be responsible for supplying the materials, labor and tools necessary to complete the job.
