Instrumentation Technology Systems (ITS) Video Processors
Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Corona, Range Systems Engineering Department (Code RS32) has a requirement for three (3) ITS 6314 Video Coordinate Digitizer (VCD) and four (4) ITS 6316 Video Concentrator Multiplexor (VCM) along with its ancillary hardware (included with the units) for use at various Weapons Impact Scoring Set (WISS) ranges. The requirement for this procurement is for the purchase of VCDs and VCMs to allow the operator to use the joystick to select the impact (with the VCD) on the video screen with multiple views of the target area (multiplexed by the VCM). The functionality of the VCD and VCM reflect the requirement of the WISS; however, the technology underlying the functionality is proprietary. The VCD and VCM will be used to support the WISS ranges for the next five (5) years.
The Government intends to award a sole-source, firm fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract to Instrumentation Technology Systems.
