All information received in response to this RFI that is marked proprietary will be handled accordingly. In accordnace with FAR 52.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.

Please see the attached RFI for details and repsond to the below questions via an attached word document.

• How long will it take to facilitate the training?
• Can the training be conducted virtually with, or without an instructor?
• Will USCIS own all rights to the training materials after development?
• Will the training include practical exercises to reinforce learning objectives?
• Will an instructor manual be provided to support development of future instructors?
• Will a train the trainer course be provided to establish initial facilitation capabilities?
• What teaching aides will be provided to support the initial training rollout?
• What consumable training materials need to be purchased before each training event, and what is the expected cost for each training event (e.g. text books, printed materials, batteries, dry erase markers, etc.)?
• What commercial training is available to meet these needs, and what is the cost per student or certification (travel, lodging, course materials, time commitment, etc.)?
