Instructional DVD Production
The Municipality's Public Transportation Department has established a need to develop two informational DVD’s. The first is an interactive, instructional, educational DVD regarding City’s Public
Transportation system with demonstrations of trip planning, use of the Timetable Ride Guide to find correct routes and schedules, boarding buses, paying fares, accessibility features of the vehicle fleet, and signaling bus stop destinations. The second DVD will provide an overview of AnchorRides. This DVD will discuss human services transportation coordination in City, including federal and state
requirements. This DVD will highlight AnchorRIDES and other coordinated efforts in our community.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit and select the most qualified proposer with whom the Public Transportation Department will enter into a contractual agreement for DVD production as specified in this document.
