Institutional Cleaning Services
The City Library is seeking bids for the Institutional Cleaning Services for the Central Library and its' nine (9) branches. The cleaning services shall consist of all labor and equipment as well as the materials and supplies. The City will award the contract to a single vendor who will be responsible for the cleaning of all the libraries. Branch library schedules vary, but each is open 18 hours per week, spread across four (4) days. Cleaning Services are sceduled Monday through Saturday. The Central Library is open 45 hours per week, Monday through Sunday. Cleaning services are scheduled Monday through Sunday.
