The intent of this RFP is to seek developers/instructors to identify topics and develop Web training that is
focused on a hot topic issue of interest to the transportation community, including, but not limited to accessibility;
LEED certification, climate change, workzone safety, ITS, urban mobility, transportation finance, managed lanes,
non-motorized transportation and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
