This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number W31P4Q-15-T-0102 is being issued as a request for quote; however, the Army Contracting Command-Redstone intends to issue a sole source award to Institute of Physics (IOP) one (1) year renewal of subscription service that provides online access to IOP-Package Z online full text journals to include all titles in this package for delivery to the Redstone Scientific Information Center (RSIC). This is proprietary, copyrighted materials available only from this publisher. The period of performance of the resulting purchase order will be from date of award through December 31, 2015. Offerors must comply with provision set forth in FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5.
