The purpose of this request for offers is to seek competent and qualified contractors for all work associated with the Installation of two LED Precision Approach Path Indicators (PAPIs) to serve runways 17 & 35 at Lake County Airport (KLKV) in Lakeview, Oregon. This contract will also require the complete demolition of the existing runway 17 & 35 Vertical Approach Slope Indicators (VASIs).
