This Sources Sought Request for Information (RFI) is issued for informational purposes to locate capable businesses. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is conducting market research and desires input from Korean vendors to assist in requirements planning. The information requested by this RFI will be used within the DoDEA to facilitate the decision making process and will not be disclosed outside of the agency. Please note: This is not a commercial solicitation and DoDEA will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this RFI.

1. Description: DoDEA is interested in the identification of capable sources to provide installation services in the Republic of Korea (ROK) by ROK vendors for approximately 45 each Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs) with mounting brackets, and removal and re-installation of existing Video Telephone Conference (VTC) equipment and IFP's.


2. Information Requested:


a. Company Information. Name, Address, telephone number, FAX number, points of contact name(s), phone number, e-mail address.


b. A description of your organization's experience in installing IFP and VTC equipment as indicated in the attached PWS.


c. Capability Information should include a brief description of experience in providing the requirements similar to the requirement described above and in PWS.


3. Submission Information: Response by e-mail is required and should be forwarded to Tracey Wilder, via e-mail at tracey.wilder@hq.dodea.edu. Response must be received by this office at or before 1:00 pm EST on 31 March 2017.
