DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE REQUIRED: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation assets and labor necessary to provide laundry services at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations, commercial standards and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services will be performed at the contractor's facility and will include pick-up and delivery to eight (8) potential locations in the cantonment area of Fort Huachuca. All work to be completed will be in accordance with the standards set forth in the PWS.

PLANNING INFORMATION:  This will be a full and open competition, open to all qualified companies working within North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 812320. Turn-in date/time is May 8, 2017 at 1400 hours (2:00 p.m.) Pacific Time. Note that Arizona does not observe daylight savings time and no late proposals will be accepted. The proposed performance period is a base period from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018, with up to four (4) one year option periods for satisfactory or better performance. No site visit or proposal conference will occur for this acquisition, however, the solicitation PWS technical exhibit includes a National Stock Number listing of all Army unique items to be laundered that can be internet searched as a time and cost saving measure. Items which are commercial in nature (sheets, blankets, etc.) will be described in sufficient detail to allow a price for laundering to be discerned.

Questions can be asked as needed and answers will be posted to this fbo.gov website (instructions and further details are in the solicitation). Proposals will be completed at offerors own expense (no expense to the Goovernment). The basis for award will be Lowest Price-Technically Acceptable (LPTA).

NOTE: All offerors for this solicitation will require a DUNS number and CAGE code and must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) for work in this NAICS Code (812320).
