This acquisition is being solicited as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 238210 with a size standard of $15M.

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Installation Contracting Office, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri requires work which consists of furnishing all plant, labor and materials and performing all work for security fence lighting including providing lighting poles, luminaires, transformer, controls, circuits, grounding and accessories along fence located at TA-250. The site of the proposed work is in the Cantonment Area of Fort Leonard Wood Military Reservation, Fort Leonard Wood.

The period of performance shall be a 90-calendar day completion time after issue of the notice to proceed. The areas concerned in this project are government owned and will be in use during the progress of the work. The contractor shall arrange their operations to cause as little interference as possible; work shall be performed during normal duty hours identified as 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, legal public holidays excepted. All work performed shall be in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.

The solicitation W911S7-15-B-0026 will be available on or about 3 August 2015 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov) and the Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/).
