Install Emergency Generator at Water Treatment Plant
The Contracting office, Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA), Pine Bluff, Arkansas 71602-9500, has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, equipment and supplies to install an Emergency Generator at Bldg 42-930, Water Treatment Plant in accordance with Pine Bluff Arsenal's Specification, dated 12 March 2014. The Generator being installed will be Government Furnished equipment. Work to include but not limited to installing conduit, conduit sleeves, wiring, supports, anchors, access panels, junction boxes, distribution panel, automatic transfer switches, underground electrical feeders, disconnect switches, etc. Additional work to include underground electrical service, electrical equipment identifications, provide quote mark as-built electrical drawings, testing and start-up of electrical system and equipment installed, relocation of branch and feeder circuit wiring, raceways, and electrical supporting devices, and or removal of electrical items such as wiring troughs, disconnects switches, wiring, panels, raceways etc. Other work requires the installation of the generator foundation, electrical equipment racks with pads, and related work specified for the complete installation of an operative automatic emergency generator back-up power system. The Proposed contractor must be proficient in the preparation of CADD drawings to modify the contract drawings or prepare additional new drawings. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS code 238210 (14.0 M). All contractors must be registered in SAM's. This is a One-Hundred (100%) Percent Small Business Set-Aside. All interest parties may obtain a copy of the solicitation package once it is posted on ASFI/FBO. You may sign up on the interested Vendors List to receive automated notification from ASFI when changes are made to the posting; however, contractors are responsible to monitor this website for further information concerning this procurement. Offerors shall submit all technical questions regarding this solicitation to the Contracting Officer, in writing not later than five days prior to the closing date.
