This is a 100% competitive set-aside for Serviced Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses under NAICS 238210 with a small business size standard of $15 million
The estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
Applicable New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax Rate for Dona Ana County is 6.75% as of the date of solicitation.
The awardee of this contract will be required to provide a Superintendent at all times w ork is being performed on the project (see clause at FAR 52.236-6). The Superintendent is considered a key position. This position SHALL NOT be subcontracted and must work directly for the prime contractor.
The resulting contract w ill be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP)
