The 452nd Operational Contracting Office, March ARB CA, is seeking potential and eligible construction contractors interested in installing shock absorbing concrete barricades at explosive ordinance disposal range on March ARB.  This market research is being conducted to identify potential sources interested and capable of performing the scope of work to include all materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and management necessary to install shock absorbing barricades for the explosive ordinance disposal range on March ARB, California.

The work for this requirement includes, but is not limited to: installation of shock absorbing concrete vertical panels, removal of concrete cap, grading, placement of base course, compaction, placement of footings, and installation of two Portland Cement Concrete pads.


Potential offerors are encouraged to monitor the FedBizOpps. The expected North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238120 and size standard is $15M.  The magnitude of this contract is anticipated to be between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.


Businesses responding to this Sources Sought notice must:


-State whether they are a small or a large business based on the size standard
