Install 54th Helo Sq Temp Fac
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, parts, vehicles, supervision, transportation, and other items necessary for a temporary facility for the 54th Helicopter Squadron at Minot Air Force Base in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as comply with all local, state, and federal regulations. The contractor shall install and maintain a 13,000 square foot building. Contractor shall provide a structure that includes the following: one auditorium, two restrooms, 3 briefing rooms, a mission planning room, 14 different office spaces, a break room, a mechanical room, and a communication equipment room. The facility shall have a foundation capable of accommodating 100 personnel with furniture and equipment. All support for the foundation shall be provided by the contractor. The contractor shall connect the structure to utility connections provided by the base. The contractor shall ensure that all utilities are properly working prior to completion of performance. The contractor will coordinate with utility providers for installation and provide the material and equipment for those connections.
