Inspection and Maintenance of Electric Gate Systems at Yokota Air Base, Japan
The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to provide the service for Inspection and Maintenance of Electric Gate Systems at Yokota Air Base, Japan, in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation in accordance with Performance-based Work Statement (PWS).
Performance Period: Basic (1 Oct 14 ~ 30 Sep 15) plus 4 Option Years
The contractor shall perfom all work in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, Headquarter Air Force standards, instructions, and commercial practice.
A pre-proposal conference will be conducted at Contracting Squadron, Bldg 620 (Conference Room 109), Yokota Air Base on 30 Apr 14 at 1330 hours for the purpose of answering questions regarding this solicitation. Submit the names of all attendees to Mr Ken Sato by e-mail at [email protected] or by fax at 042-530-3319 prior to 1500 hours, 28 Apr 14. This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the military base/conference site and adequate seating for the conference attendees.
