Inspection, inventory, refurbishment and packaging for the M967A2P1 and M969A2P1 Add on Armor (AOA). This contract is to augment Red River Army Depot (RRAD) maintenance capabilities. Contractor shall be responsible for the COMPLETE REFURBISHMENT of the M967A2P1 and M969A2P1 AOA Kits. Contractor will have facilities conforming to state, federal, and local laws for control, disposal of hazardous material/waste and CARC painting. All contractors and subcontractors must be within 100 miles from RRAD.
This is a 100% SDVOSB Set Aside (less than $7M).

The award shall be made NLT COB 30 Sep 14.
Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be a DO rated order certified for national defense use under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) (15 CFR 700), and the Contractor will be required to follow all of the requirements of this regulation.
Request for proposal will issue on or about 07 Aug 14 and will be available on ASFI.
RFP will close on or about 08 Sep 14.
