This is a Sources Sought for a requirement of a non-personal services contract to provide Inspection, Test and Maintenance (ITM) of Individual Building Notification System (IBNS) at Camp Humphreys, for a period of one (1) base year and possibly one (1) additional option year. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.

This Sources Sought is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as a Request for Proposal or as an obligation on the part of the Government. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market research or otherwise pay for information solicited. The Government will utilize the information provided for information and/or planning purposes and to identify potential sources as part of its market research. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. Responses to the notice will not be returned.
Please refer to the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) on specific details for contractor performance.

The government requests that interested sources submit the following:
1. A positive statement of your firms intention to offer once a solicitation is released
2. DUNS, Cage Code, and Point of Contact information
3. Cost estimates (for budgetary purposes only)

All of the above information should be submitted in detail for a decision to be made on the availability of interest from venders. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer and will be published on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov without further notice. If the proposed contract will be competed it will be published electronically as a solicitation on the FBO website and will be the responsibility of the contractors to check regularly. Paper copies will not be available. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management in order to be eligible for award.
