Inspect Above Ground Storage Tanks
Pre-solicitation Notice:
The VA Medical Center (VAMC) Manchester, NH has a requirement for Firm Fixed Price contract to provide Above Ground Storage Tank interior tank inspections. This is not a Request for Quote; this is a pre-solicitation notice only for use in notifying SDVOSBs for a set aside.
Scope of Work:
VAMC Manchester located at 718 Smyth Road, Manchester, NH - currently has two above ground storage tanks (AST s) subject to the interior tank inspection requirements in the New Hampshire Code of Administrative Rules Env-Or 306.09. These two ASTs provide backup fuel oil supply to four boilers for which the primary fuel is natural gas.
Contractor shall provide reports on the conditions for all tanks inspected. The reports shall comply with the requirements of New Hampshire Code of Administrative Rules Env-Or 306.06 and 306.09. The final copy of this report shall be provided to the VA within 30 days of completing the inspection and no later than May 26, 2017.
The NAICS code to determine the small business size standard is 541620.
