Inmate Health Plan Network Provider Services
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit qualified and interested firms to
submit proposals for an Inmate Health Plan Network Provider (Contractor). The Contractor will
develop and maintain a network of institutional, professional and ambulatory providers, who,
by contract, would accept discounted payment in full for covered services, for the off-premises
medical needs of inmates
