Inmate Commissary
The intent of this Request for Interest (RFI) is to search for qualified vendors to provide inmate commissary and vending machine services for the Alameda County Sheriffs Office (ACSO) adult inmate population in the Countys two correctional and detention facilities on a guaranteed commission basis with proceeds payable to the Sheriffs Inmate Welfare Fund (IWF).
