Initiative Coordination
SCOPE OF WORK
Responsibilities for the statewide coordination of the Initiative are as follows:
Principal Responsibility A
Coordinate and assist in the development of the state detention reform, vision, structure, and expansion.
Principal Responsibility B
Manage the day to day operations of the state detention reform initiative.
Principal Responsibility C
Provide assistance, information, resources, and joint site coordination to the local sites.
Principal Responsibility D
Develop plans for site expansion and sustainability for state and local initiatives beyond the initial three year period.
Principal Responsibility F
Report and/or serve as a liaison.
Principal Responsibility G
Provide legislative information on issues relative to the Department and detention reform.
Principal Responsibility H
Increase knowledge of and competence in juvenile detention reform.
