This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. VA260-14-Q-0960. This solicitation closes on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at 9AM PST.
The Network 20 Contracting Office intends to solicit quotes from contractors to purchase 14 Bodyguard Pumps, Model #100-510PXSI, to include project management of implementation of equipment, training, labor, parts, travel, and trade-in of the current equipment located at the Puget Sound VA Medical Center, 1660 S. Columbian Way, Seattle, WA 98108.
Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide full information to contractors about the proposal submission process.
NAICS Code is 339112, and Size Standard is 500 employees. The solicitation will be issued as full and open competition.
