Information infrastructure and outreach strategies
The Colorado Governors Energy Office (GEO) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gain an understanding of the availability of products and services that will help the GEO develop information infrastructure and outreach strategies to provide Colorados residents and businesses with access to simple and accurate information about energy efficiency and renewable energy measures including, but not limited to, how they work, how they compare, what financial incentives exist to help pay for them and what service providers exist in the users geographic location.
This work will be a key component of the GEOs American Recovery and Reinvestment Act efforts. The intent of this information gathering is to conduct a market analysis that may lead to the preparation of a solicitation for the procurement of services to help the GEO develop and maintain a database, website and call center, and associated marketing services, that will provide Colorado with one clear resource for accurate and clear energy efficiency and renewable energy information.
