Information and Technology Planning Consultant Request for Proposals
The Organization seeks a consultant to help us with the technology planning process. This consultant will, among other tasks,
* Collect data from managers and staff throughout the Org, from other related commissions, from document review and other sources to document current and projected information and data needs.
* Report on the process and findings of the analysis of the Org's current technology usage (software and hardware)
* Write a technology plan for the Org for the next five years
The selection process for this RFP will be administered in two phases. Interested applicants will submit their qualifications first. Those submissions will be reviewed and scored, and the highest-scoring applicants will be invited to submit full proposals. Full proposals will be reviewed and scored, and the highest-scoring applicants will be interviewed.
