The contract to one vendor, if awarded, will be for a period of one (1) year with the
option of renewing for four (4) additional one-year periods based on the same terms,
pricing and conditions with the exception that the Department may renew the contract
for one or more of the services as specified in Section II.2. without renewing all
services. Either party must notify, in writing, the other of the intent not to renew at least
180 days prior to the annual renewal.
