Information Technology Support Services
The Department of Defense Dependents Schools-Pacific (DoDDS-Pacific), Procurement Division intends to procure on a full and open competition basis a Time and Material, Indefinite Delivery ? Indefinite Quantity contract for Information Technology Support Services in Korea, mainland Japan, and Okinawa, Japan. The contract shall include a 12-month base period of performance starting 1 October 2008 through 30 September 2009 and include four additional 12-month optional periods of performance. A sampling of the required services include installation, configuration, upgrading, troubleshooting, and diagnose of desktop/laptop software; analyzing system and database performance and implementing tuning improvements for systems hosting SQL data services; and computer equipment hardware repair and maintenance.
