Information Technology Strategic Planning
We are seeking a partner to guide us in the creation of our strategic plan who
• can bring to bear significant research in technology trends such as cloud computing, virtualization, ‘green’ – from both a corporate and a higher education perspective,
• has understanding of higher education,
• can provide us with information to compare our organization with other OIT organizations in both
corporate and higher education settings comparable to Educause ,
• is engaged with and has access to information from the larger CIO/IT community,
• will articulate best practices we should be striving to follow (eg ITIL), and
• can recommend communication methods for us with the campus to see OIT as partner in reaching goals.
