Information Technology Services--Application Product Lines Technology Services (APLES)
This is a Request for Proposal for Application Product Lines Enterprise Services (APLES) pursuant to the Request for Information (RFI) Notice posted on August 13, 2009 and the Pre-Solicitation Notification posted on December 4, 2009.
This APLES requirement is a 100% 8(a) Set-Aside procurement. Capable and interested 8(a) certified small business sources or 8(a) joint ventures, including those with a Small Business Administration (SBA) Mentor Protege Agreement are invited to submit proposals.
Bids are solicited by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
