Information Technology Services (ITS) and Infrastructure Support Services (ISS)
Amendment 0003 to W904TE-16-R-0012 dated 3 October 2016 provides clarification that the Attachment 10 - Past Performance Questionnaire due date and time is extended to coincide with the due date for submission of proposals of 2:00PM Eastern Daylight Time 24 October 2016. Attachment 10 will not be revised to reflect this change because forms may have already been sent to customers for completion.
