The Department of Information Technology and Innovation of the City of New Orleans consists of IT professionals with broad expertise ranging from but not limited to standard IT functions such as software development and network operations and administration to business process analysis and redesign. Nevertheless, ITI continues to be confronted with staffing limitations and matters which require areas of expertise not found within the department, exceeding the department capacity to provide solutions. In these circumstances, ITI and other City departments may desire to engage outside professional services to assist in addressing such issues and matters.
