Information Technology Research and Advisory Licenses
The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Sam Houston has a requirement for Gartner Information Technology Research and Advisory Licenses for U.S. Army North (USARNORTH).
The Government intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Gartner, Inc, 56 Top Gallant Road, Stamford, CT, 06902-7700, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Sam Houston intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. The Contractor shall provide research and analysis focused on the strategic / Chief Information officer (CIO) level of IT services as described in Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) N00104-07-A-ZF30, CLIN 3001AA and CLIN 2027AA. Contractor shall provide the following to ARNORTH senior IT leadership (minimum 2 Government personnel):
Executive Programs Research Reports - Up to 12 (twelve) Reports per year; covering topics such as IT Governance, Business Value of IT, Architecture, and other areas where business and IT intersect.
Leadership Development - Professional development accessed via a for Leadership
Development Web site.
IT Executive Web Content - Targeted role-specific content, such as podcasts, videocasts, polling, and top research picks accessed via Web site(s).
Teleconferences - Up to 12 (twelve) teleconferences per year, hosted by Executive
Programs Research Report Authors to discuss the topics of their Research Reports.

No Request for quotes/proposals will be posted. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit capability statements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will consider all submissions received within the closing date set in this request solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All written submissions should be submitted no later than September 8, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. EDT to linda.j.franklin2.civ@mail.mil.
