The ITPS Program was established by DIS in 2007 in order to improve efficiency when the state has a need to secure contractors to provide certain information technology professional services. The ITPS Program was initially established following a competitive solicitation process similar to this one. A number of vendors were selected as a result of that process to be awarded optional-use Master Contracts (Master Contracts or Contracts). Those Master Contracts are currently available for use by eligible Purchasers such as Washington State agencies, institutions, and political subdivisions.
