Information Technology Infrastructure Assessment

The Pease Development Authority (PDA) is seeking to undertake a comprehensive review and upgrade of its current information technology infrastructure.
In order to achieve this objective, the following three phases have been identified:
* Phase I- Perform an assessment of PDAs current technology environment with a specific emphasis on hardware configuration,internal controls and network support.
* Phase II- Development of functional requirements and issuance and selection of new accounting software.
* Phase III- Contract negotiation, implementation planning and assistance.
