a. IT Governance and Process Support (ITGPS) to the Military Sealift Command (MSC) Command, Control, Communications and Computer Systems (C4) Directorate (N6) Mission Support Division (N63). The Mission Support Division oversees five functional areas that govern the MSC Information Technology and Communications Programs' investment planning, decisions, and execution. The five areas are Knowledge Management, Financial Management, Portfolio Management, Enterprise Architecture, and Funds Execution. Place of Performance includes but is not limited to Contractors' facility, MSC, Naval Base Norfolk, VA and Scott AFB, IL
